What happens if I don't show up for my scheduled ride?

No-shows are charged 100% of the trip cost. A ride cancelled before pickup is charged on the graduated cancellation scale: free 4 hours or more ahead, 25% under 4 hours, 50% under 3 hours, 75% under 2 hours, and 100% under 1 hour.

How long will my chauffeur wait for me?

For standard transfers, chauffeurs provide a 15-minute grace period at no charge. For airport pickups, the complimentary wait time is 60 minutes for both international and domestic arrivals. After the grace period, extra wait time is billed at $1/min for sedans, $1/min for Business Class and First Class SUVs, and $2/min for the Mercedes Sprinter and other large vehicles.

Is smoking allowed in MIUUM vehicles?

No. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in all MIUUM vehicles. Violations are charged immediately: $500 for sedans and SUVs, $1,000 for the MB Sprinter.

What is the damage and cleaning fee policy?

Clients are liable for all damages. A minimum $250 fee applies for excessive cleaning or bodily fluids. Damage fees are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Pet fee is $25 for uncrated animals.

Q: Are child seats available?

Yes. Child seats (infant, toddler, and booster) are available for $20 each. They must be installed by the passenger.

Q: What are the fees for extra stops or mileage?

Extra stops beyond a 5-mile radius are charged per vehicle: Sedan $50, Business Class SUV $60, First Class SUV $70, MB S-Class $80, MB Sprinter $80. Extra mileage within a 5-mile radius: Sedan $25, Business Class SUV $30, First Class SUV $35, MB S-Class $40, MB Sprinter $40.

General Policies

100% of the trip cost is charged if a client fails to appear at the scheduled pickup location. A ride cancelled before pickup is charged on the graduated scale set out in our Cancellation Policy below. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Every vehicle class has a maximum passenger and luggage capacity, shown at booking and confirmed before pickup. For safety, chauffeurs cannot exceed these limits under any circumstance.

If more passengers or luggage arrive at pickup than the reserved vehicle can safely carry, the ride will not be completed. The trip is charged in full, 100% of the fare, and this charge cannot be refunded. If you're unsure which class fits your group, book a larger vehicle or contact us before your ride.

Standard transfers: 15-minute complimentary grace period.

Airport pickups: 60 minutes complimentary for both international and domestic arrivals, timed from when the plane arrives at the gate.

After the included wait time, extra time is billed per minute:

Child seats (infant, toddler, and booster) are available for $20 each. They must be installed by the passenger. Please request a child seat when booking.

Florida law requires children to ride in an appropriate child safety seat. If you're traveling with a child, you must either request a child seat when booking (see Child Seats above) or bring your own approved seat.

If a passenger arrives with a child and no child seat is available, none booked in advance and none provided by the passenger, the ride cannot legally be completed. This is treated as a no-show: the trip is charged in full, 100% of the fare, and this charge cannot be refunded.

An adult chaperone is required for all unaccompanied minors. MIUUM chauffeurs cannot act as chaperones and will not accept sole responsibility for minor passengers.

Alcohol is permitted only for passengers 21+ in partitioned vehicles. No drugs or unruly behavior are permitted at any time. Service may be terminated without refund for violations.

MIUUM is not responsible for items left in vehicles. If you believe you left an item, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist.

All client information, including names, destinations, schedules, and personal details, is kept strictly confidential. MIUUM chauffeurs are trained in discretion.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside all MIUUM vehicles at all times, including cigarettes, cigars, vapes, e-cigarettes, and any other substances. This is a zero tolerance policy with no exceptions.
